DELIVERY

New Zealand Delivery rates:
Delivery rates are automatically determined by total value of the purchase.
All items will be sent by courier. For delivery to city and urban address delivery will be within 2-5 days. Delivery to rural addresses could be 5-6 working days following the day of dispatch. We will inform you as soon as items have been dispatched.

Delivery prices are subject to change without notice.

International Orders:
We can ship most items internationally. However before you place your order we recommend
you contact us to receive a cost for shipping.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Returns due to faulty goods
Bubbaboo products are produced under high quality control. However, some products could be
faulty for what ever reason. When you receive your goods, we recommend you check them
immediately for any faults and report them to us within 48 hours of delivery.
NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERED INTO AFTER THIS PERIOD. We will assess the claim and the
faulty product (with the nature of the fault clearly stated).
Any goods returned incomplete or found to have been used will not be replaced or credited.
Shipping of returned products must be at the arrangement and expense of the purchaser.
Bubbaboo will not be responsible for arranging shipping or paying for shipping costs
related to returned products.

Cancellations
Bubbaboo offers a 2 day cancellation policy if you change your mind on the product.
Provided the goods have not been dispatched within the 2 day period we will fully refund
the product price (including delivery charges) to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
We can not refund by cash. If goods have been dispatched then the cancellation
policy reverts to the returns policy (see above).
