PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & DELIVERY
The availability of all products is listed on their product details page. If, for any unforeseen circumstances, a product is unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible to advise you of delivery times. Products listed as "Out of Stock" usually means we have no stock at present but we do expect to have more shortly. In these cases we recommend you contact us by email to check availability and to place an order (quote model code) and we will advise when we can expect to fill your order.

PAYMENT

Cheque or bank deposit: You can pay by cheque or via bank deposit. We will send payment instructions with your order confirmation email. Note: We reserve the right to charge bank charges on cheques which are represented.

Goods will not be shipped until cheques/deposits have cleared (up to 5 working days).

DELIVERY NZ destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Fastway Courier. Please note, if you choose to give delivery instructions on your order that means a signature cannot be collected and we cannot be held responsible for your order not arriving. Most orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of your order being sent to us. If you are ordering items with different delivery times and wish those to be dispatched separately (with extra delivery charges applied) then please place as separate orders. If there are to be any delays we will contact you within 2 working days of you placing your order. Any claims for damage or shortages must be made by email or phone within 48 hours of delivery.

NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERED INTO AFTER THIS PERIOD.
